Q: We have several antique vehicles (pre-1968) that are not equipped with seatbelts. Can I legally transport our grandkids (ages 3 and 6) without child safety seats?

Songs of the Beatles, Aretha Franklin and the Beach Boys rang out across the Elm Bank Reservation as brightly colored Fords, Chevys and Packards from the 1930s, ’40s, ’50s and ’60s revved onto the grounds.
