Club Sportiva

Club Sportiva is the nation's largest and most established sports car share company. Club Sportiva was founded in early 2003 by former Ford Motor Company employee Torbin Fuller. Dan Fleming was one of the original investors and is the company's Chief Financial Officer. Brad Johnson joined as a member in 2004 and then joined the executive management team as Director of Membership in 2005. The team has steadily grown as the national press continues to report on the growth of the industry started by Club Sportiva.

Over the past four years, Club Sportiva pioneered the unique sports car "timeshare" concept offering sports car aficionados and classic car buffs the ultimate sports car driving experience - without the complications of sports car ownership.

With a stable of sports cars that will reach 50 cars, ranging from a Ferrari F355 Spider to a Lotus Esprit, Club Sportiva has grown from a handful of members to nearly 200 since starting three years ago. Club members range in age from 33 to 65 and 80% hail from all over the Bay Area. Members include legendary racer Mario Andretti, NFL Hall of Fame Raider Dave Casper and Apollo 12 astronaut Dick Gordon.

The Club currently maintains three offices in downtown San Francisco, San Jose and Munich Germany with additional offices to open shortly in Los Angeles and Miami with several other locations opening during the next 18 months.

We host several Club Sportiva events every month, many of which are exclusive to members but others are open to prospective club members as well. Our events offer prospective members the opportunity to chat with current members, learn about the Club, see the facility and, of course, check out the cars in the Paddock!
